What you'll do

• Represent the Indiana WIC Program in clinics and community outreach
• build relationships with staff and community agencies
• support breastfeeding and provide evidence-based education within scope
• document certification and nutrition education in INWIC MIS
• complete nutrition assessments, counseling, referrals, and food prescriptions
• lead group education
• schedule appointments
• protect client confidentiality
• attend training and meetings.

Why this role

Part-time, 21 hours per week: Mondays and Tuesdays in Wells County, with the second Tuesday’s hours 9:30 a.m.–6 p.m.; Wednesdays in Adams County, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Candidates must be a registered dietitian, eligible for the registration exam, or hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
