What you'll do

• Oversee custom home construction from pre-construction through final turnover
• manage project schedules and budgets using construction management software
• supervise and coordinate subcontractors, carpenters, and laborers
• conduct site inspections
• coordinate with vendors and design teams on specifications, materials, and construction details
• review drawings and finish schedules
• communicate with stakeholders and monitor project milestones.
