Job overview

What you'll do

  • Support records management activities across client engagements
  • help plan stakeholder data-gathering sessions
  • analyze survey results and recommend solutions
  • develop records lifecycle processes and procedures
  • research legal and regulatory requirements and support retention schedules
  • develop training materials and assist with training
  • support taxonomy and metadata management
  • conduct onsite and offsite records inventories
  • and contribute to content or presentations.
