What you'll do

• Coordinate concurrent deployment projects and workstreams
• maintain service orders, tasks, and records in business systems
• confirm site readiness and installation dependencies
• coordinate field service partners and onsite installation activities
• review field deliverables
• evaluate bids and validate quotes and invoices
• obtain authorization for out-of-scope work
• communicate status, risks, and escalations
• document meetings and actions
• maintain scopes, instructions, reports, and procedures
• identify risks and track issues through resolution.
