Maintenance Specialist

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance service requests and apartment turnovers, including painting and cleaning
• perform routine maintenance and daily property inspections
• maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
• assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, snow removal, and landscaping
• report property issues
• participate in the rotating emergency on-call program.
