The Psychiatrist, Hybrid Outpatient Psychiatry role is based in Rochester, PA, with hybrid work flexibility and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Base salary is $240,000+ based on experience. The role supports a mission-driven behavioral health organization providing culturally sensitive psychiatric care for adults and children. The psychiatrist evaluates and treats behavioral health conditions through outpatient care, medication management, therapy when appropriate, and follow-up. The role contributes to coordinated patient care with clinical and administrative support and connects patients with additional services and community resources.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and children
• evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions
• prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications
• provide cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as appropriate
• conduct follow-ups and monitor progress
• refer patients to support services and community resources
• document care in Athena EMR.
