Assistant Spa Director

The assistant helps supervise daily operations, support revenue and profitability, and ensure brand systems are followed. The role also develops team members, coordinates schedules, supports membership sales training, and helps create a consistent guest-service culture.

What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, development, and retention of employees
• facilitate front desk associate training, including coaching and role-play for membership sales
• manage team schedules
• collaborate with the Spa Director on individual and retreat goals
• promote excellent guest service and guest loyalty
• assist with revenue, profitability, inventory management, and daily execution of brand systems.
