The technologist prepares patients and procedure rooms and assists physicians during interventional procedures, helping maintain sterile conditions and support safe, organized care. The role also contributes to equipment readiness, image processing, documentation, and communication across the care team.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients and procedure rooms
• review orders and set up and clean rooms
• assist with patient preparation, transfers, and positioning
• enter patient data into the C-Arm and assist physicians while maintaining sterile technique. Follow HIPAA requirements, draw up and label IV medications, process and archive x-ray images, manage equipment maintenance and supplies, and dispose of hazardous waste. May serve as Radiation Safety Officer and assist with accreditation surveys. Assist with billing verification, including procedure charges, CPT, and ICD-9 codes.

Why this role
