Sales Manager Trainee

Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The Sales Manager Trainee is an onsite role in Pompano Beach, Florida. The position is an entry point into Goldfish Swim School’s Manager Development Program, supporting the school’s goal that every child be safe in and around water. Working alongside the Assistant General Manager of Sales and the General Manager, the trainee learns school operations and supports the front desk, enrollment, and guest experience. The role builds skills for future management while helping families feel welcomed and supporting enrollment growth and retention.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and families
• keep the facility clean and organized
• support first-day swimmer visits, including wristbands, tours, lane walks, and follow-up
• follow up on enrollment leads by phone and text under manager guidance
• learn to address customer objections
• assist with coaching front desk staff
• serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and support aquatics, front desk, and facilities as needed.

Why this role

Evening and weekend shifts are required. Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School is required if not already held. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
