What you'll do

• Monitor the facility during assigned shifts
• provide emotional support and active listening
• screen potential clients by phone
• perform basic cleaning, cooking, stocking, and supply inventory
• assist with data entry and clerical work
• provide confidential, trauma-informed services
• orient new residents
• provide backup shelter-program coverage as necessary
• assist with program operations
• maintain timesheets and process documentation
• participate in reflective supervision.
