The QA Engineer / Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Consultant role is hybrid, with three days onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $75–$80 per hour. The role automates testing for front-office trade flows and helps teams assess requirements, maintain test artifacts, and validate changes. What you'll do

• Discuss planned stories with development teams, vet new-feature requirements, and estimate automation efforts
• participate in testing as needed
• enter test plans and scenarios in Xray and convert scenarios into automation
• assess impacts of business requirements and changes
• maintain test plans, cases, test data, and automation scripts
• review code pulls and support future CI/CD implementation, execution, and reporting. Requirements include Python automation and framework development, front-office Capital Markets sales and trading application testing, and experience with automation frameworks and Agile/Scrum teams.
