The Corporate Counsel role is hybrid in Akron, OH, with onsite work expected each Tuesday and Wednesday. The stated salary range is $120,000–$140,000 per year. Reporting to the Head of Legal, this attorney will advise on company legal matters and help administer the legal department, supporting business operations and growth through practical counsel and risk management.

What you'll do

• Negotiate, draft, review, and advise on customer, vendor, and partner agreements and NDAs
• improve contracting processes with the Deal Desk
• contribute to work involving privacy, product issues, disputes, investigations, ethics, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, governance, financing, and equity
• collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel
• research emerging legal risks and advise leadership.
