What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers and workstations
• administer users, software, domain controllers, file and application servers, and cloud resources
• triage and document customer incidents
• troubleshoot and escalate tickets
• follow up through closure
• configure baseline network equipment and PCs
• coordinate equipment preparation and shipping
• conduct remote site surveys
• participate in 10% local travel.
