Southside Outdoor Services provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance and other outdoor services throughout the Jacksonville Beaches and surrounding areas. This working crew leader performs landscape work alongside the crew while directing daily field operations. The role supports quality and efficient delivery of maintenance routes and landscape projects, with a stated opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the maintenance division grows.

What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations by assigning work and maintaining production pace
• perform lawn and landscape work alongside the crew
• complete final quality checks
• care for equipment and vehicles
• document completed work
• communicate job-site issues
• help train newer employees
• work on lawn maintenance routes and projects including sod installation, drainage, irrigation repairs, landscape installation, and cleanups.
