The Head of Engineering role is onsite in Austin, TX, with a base salary of $228,000–$240,000 per year plus early-stage equity. As the company’s senior-most engineering leader, this role owns technical strategy, platform architecture, engineering organization, and delivery. What you'll do

• Set technical strategy and make build, buy, and investment decisions
• own MINERVA and COGENT architecture and scalability
• build and lead the engineering organization
• direct planning, delivery, and milestone execution
• own platform security, privacy, reliability, and operating costs
• partner with research and applied AI to bring suitable advances into production
• serve on the executive team and communicate technical risks and opportunities.
