The Part-Time Maintenance Technician - No On-Call role is onsite at The Palmer in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports maintenance at a 79-unit residential property managed by Bigos Management. The technician completes work orders, maintains building systems, and performs preventive maintenance and repairs so apartments and common areas meet company standards and applicable requirements. Coordination with the Property Manager, building engineer, vendors, and maintenance colleagues helps keep units rent-ready and address property needs promptly.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders
• monitor and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and boilers
• assist with unit inspections
• perform assigned preventive maintenance
• coordinate major repairs, remodels, and capital projects with the building engineer and Maintenance Technician I
• work with vendors
• maintain tools, parts, and supplies
• alert the Property Manager to unusual or urgent issues
• perform groundskeeping as needed and remove snow from walkways and driveways
• attend training and meetings
• follow safety requirements.
