What you'll do

• Lead interactive Zoom training
• manage customer onboarding projects
• train customers on backend functions and configure software
• address customer requests with solutions
• maintain project plans and communications
• identify and mitigate onboarding risks
• support customer education programs
• collaborate across departments
• and develop knowledge of customer sales processes and the SalesPro application.
