What you'll do

• Lead client consultations to design and present estate plans and Medicaid strategies
• advise on estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and eligibility for Medicaid and other government benefits
• oversee plan implementation with paralegals and funding coordinators
• build client relationships
• contribute to process improvement
• stay current on Michigan law and relevant strategies
• mentor and support team members as needed
• participate in firm meetings, training, and leadership discussions.
