Project Engineer

The Project Engineer role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is not specified. The engineer supports the project manager and superintendent in delivering construction projects on time and within budget. The role coordinates project documentation, procurement, permitting, change management, quality control, subcontractor compliance, and cost and billing review.

What you'll do

• Track and submit project logs, drawings, and specifications
• serve on the project safety committee
• maintain permit and procurement logs
• support project buyout, proposal review, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• maintain change-order logs and prepare change orders
• schedule meetings and record minutes
• perform and record field inspections
• monitor subcontractor compliance with scope, quality, labor, materials, and timelines
• review invoices and project costs
• identify document or site conflicts and communicate them to the project manager.
