What you'll do

• Support employee relations and communication strategies, including progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction
• respond to routine HR inquiries and refer complex matters to management
• serve as initial contact for employee complaints
• conduct initial interviews and gather information for employee relations matters
• assist with hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion records, including EEO and diversity initiatives
• conduct surveys, interviews, and research on HR policies and compensation
• maintain knowledge of EEO and HR laws and regulations
• assist with plans, policies, documents, EEO-1, organizational charts, and employee handbooks
• conduct exit interviews and report trends to senior management.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling at least four years; three years of professional HR administration required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred; payroll experience is a plus.
