What you'll do

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, time-and-material work, service projects, dispatch, technician scheduling, work-order execution, documentation, billing readiness, and customer communication.
• Monitor service financial performance, billing, renewals, customer issues, warehouse and fleet readiness, and technician capacity.
• Coach and develop service personnel, support recruiting and training, and coordinate with Construction on labor, project handoffs, warranty responsibilities, and customer transitions.
