What you'll do

• Provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, assist with activities of daily living, respond to call bells, and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Assist with medication observation and documentation, medication cart restocking, narcotic counts, vital signs, service plans, and communication of resident concerns to nursing staff.
