What you'll do

• Lead installation of furnaces, air-conditioning units, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality equipment
• prepare and clean job sites
• mentor and supervise junior installers
• troubleshoot installation issues
• comply with local codes and safety standards
• complete system startups and customer walkthroughs.
