What you'll do

• Estimate costs and prepare bids
• procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• coordinate with subcontractors and clients

• serve as the primary client contact
• collaborate with field teams to resolve construction challenges
• attend job-site meetings and oversee progress as needed
