What you'll do

• Deploy and configure Windows desktops and laptops
• image PCs and install peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and workstation issues
• provide onsite end-user support
• replace and configure equipment
• maintain deployment records and documentation
• update service tickets
• track IT assets
• follow deployment procedures.
