What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles
• post jobs, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and start dates
• maintain candidate pipelines and metrics
• support employee relations and performance documentation
• coordinate payroll and benefits administration
• maintain HR files
• support compliance, onboarding, and offboarding.
