What you'll do

• Conduct new-member financial reviews using the D.R.S.W. conversation model
• recommend product solutions and refer to business-line partners
• answer product and service questions and resolve issues within authority
• support branch managers and facilitate offsite presentations to Select Employer Groups
• identify cross-sell opportunities
• complete required documentation
• maintain relationships through outbound calls and relationship management software
• act as a liaison
• handle teller drawer activities when needed.
