What you'll do

• Develop recruiting strategies for salaried and hourly employees
• support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
• administer benefits
• communicate HR policies and employment-law requirements
• maintain staffing plans, workforce metrics, employee files, and records
• coordinate events, recognition, training, and engagement
• assist with HRIS and payroll systems
• support claims, workers’ compensation, leave, onboarding, and compliance
• handle administrative tasks and respond to employee and management inquiries.
