The Residential Counselor — Shelter Staff, Weekend Day Shift role is onsite in Lowell, MA, part time, every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Pay is $20.59–$21.21 per hour. Community Teamwork works to foster equity, compassion, and community engagement through housing, education, and economic opportunities; this role supports its Shelter Staff program. The counselor supports people staying at a congregate emergency shelter by providing life-skills support and helping maintain safe, orderly site operations. The role uses a trauma-informed, client-centered approach while completing guest intakes, responding to crises and emergencies, documenting activity, and enforcing site rules.
