The Lead Breakfast Cook role is onsite in Collegeville, PA, with pay of $17–$18 per hour. The cook supports the Courtyard Bistro and prepares meals for contracted banquet events.

What you'll do

• Set up and manage a Bistro line station, prepare meals to menu specifications, and execute orders. Maintain kitchen operations, including FIFO practices, cleanliness, fryer oil changes, storage organization, dishes, inventory, and delivery breakdown
• follow food safety standards
• deliver orders to guests
• and prepare meals for private banquet events when contracted. The schedule is every Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., for 14–16 hours per week. Cook experience is preferred
• reliable transportation is needed because public transportation does not run at shift start.
