Sports Performance Coach – Youth and Adult Training

The Sports Performance Coach – Youth and Adult Training role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, with compensation of $22–$35 per hour. D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, with a mission to help clients reach their goals. The coach leads group workouts and provides individualized guidance to help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, movement, and overall performance. The role supports athlete development and member retention through coaching, accountability, and communication.

What you'll do

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching when needed
• teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
• modify workouts for athletes’ ability levels
• help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and performance
• build relationships and communicate with members
• start and finish sessions on time
• support member retention.
