What you'll do

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level
• maintain parts inventory and records
• provide repair status reports
• diagnose issues using call information and ATM error logs
• own customer issues through resolution under SLA agreements
• follow security procedures
• complete company training and certifications
• and report calls and activity accurately. The role may involve rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and prolonged travel based on the service area.
