What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of HOA/COA communities
• serve as primary contact for board members and homeowners
• prepare and facilitate board meetings, including occasional evening meetings
• oversee vendors, contracts, and property operations
• coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida statutes
• partner with accounting on budgets and reporting
• inspect properties
• respond to homeowner inquiries.
