What you'll do

• Prepare menu items at two or more stations
• support food preparation, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory
• follow allergy requests, recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications, and food-safety procedures
• set up and maintain clean, stocked stations
• assist with team meals, service meetings, and mentoring as requested.
