What you'll do

• Operate specialized diagnostic equipment, including lab scopes, multimeters, and factory or aftermarket scan tools
• perform control module reprogramming, software updates, and ADAS calibrations
• conduct digital vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
• diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles
• assist and mentor mid-level or apprentice technicians
• troubleshoot customer concerns with the team
• follow safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• collaborate to solve problems and meet deadlines.
