What you'll do

• Participate in client pitches and pursuit conversations.
• Partner with Practice Lead and Sales Engineers to scope new engagements.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships.
• Contribute to proposal development and statements of work.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams of UX strategists, designers, analysts, and developers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery tools.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate with client stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of project performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver communications to c-suite leadership.
