The Press Brake Operator role is onsite in Putnam, CT, with six-hour shifts available and compensation of $20–$50 per hour. Alinabal manufactures products using machining and metal-forming operations. The operator sets up and runs hydraulic CNC-controlled press brakes and related production machines, producing parts to specifications while meeting quality, delivery, and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate press brake and other production machines
• retrieve, create, or edit CNC programs
• follow travelers, drawings, and specifications
• inspect work before submitting it for inspection
• maintain equipment and fluid levels
• track time and work in the E2 system
• return fixtures and tooling
• report issues
• and identify setup-reduction and Lean process opportunities.
