What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• triage and examine patients
• gather patient history, presenting complaint, vital signs, and exam findings
• conduct diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• explain diagnoses and options and prepare estimates
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• educate customers on aftercare and prevention.
