What you'll do

• Supervise, develop, and guide process, electrical, and mechanical employees and technicians
• lead process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives
• support productivity, quality, and service goals
• coach direct reports
• lead projects as needed
• provide technical leadership to business functions
• keep technology aligned with manufacturing needs
• develop plans to incorporate technology and processes
• train employees and monitor performance
• accommodate shift flexibility and respond to urgent situations outside normal hours as needed.
