Job overview
The eDiscovery Project Coordinator role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office in Washington, DC. Pay is $125,000–$140,000 per year. The position supports US Department of Justice litigation, investigations, and compliance matters through Corvus Consulting, LLC. The coordinator manages the flow of electronically stored information through the eDiscovery lifecycle and serves as an operational link among legal teams, project managers, technical specialists, and external stakeholders. The work helps matters progress accurately, efficiently, and in line with legal and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Coordinate hosting providers, forensic teams, and contract partners
- plan, track, and execute eDiscovery tasks across matters
- coordinate custodial interviews, data mapping, and ESI collection
- serve as a point of contact for client updates
- provide expertise on EDRM phases and litigation support workflows
- support setup and maintenance of Relativity or similar workspaces.
