What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with business owners and serve as a primary contact for accounting, tax, and advisory needs
• lead discussions about financial performance, profitability, cash flow, tax considerations, and business decisions
• coordinate with tax and accounting professionals
• anticipate questions and identify issues
• own client communication and follow-through
• help develop client-advisory processes and service standards
• contribute ideas to improve service and support firm growth.
