What you'll do

• Provide non-clinical prenatal, labor and birth, and postpartum doula support
• offer culturally responsive emotional, informational, and physical support aligned with member preferences
• document services accurately and promptly
• follow privacy, documentation, quality, and payer requirements
• coordinate with Malama’s care team when a member needs support outside the doula scope of practice.
