Account Supervisor — Bilingual Spanish

What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact and address client needs
• manage project timelines and budgets
• process payroll, billing, and invoicing
• develop recruiting plans, conduct interviews, and fulfill open orders
• oversee new-hire documentation and training coordination
• identify opportunities to expand services
• conduct safety training as needed
• address employee concerns and report matters to HR
• visit client properties and attend meetings as required.
