Accounting Clerk / Customer Service Representative

The Accounting Clerk / Customer Service Representative role is hybrid in Vancouver, WA, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. TennMax America makes high-precision electronic components for the aerospace and military industries. This role combines accurate accounting support with customer service to help maintain smooth daily operations. It handles customer orders and inquiries, coordinates delivery updates with internal teams, and performs accounts payable and receivable data entry, check runs, and reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
• respond to inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve issues
• enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system
• coordinate with manufacturing, production scheduling, and shipping teams
• monitor work orders and communicate lead times or delays
• process and track RMAs
• receive purchase orders and process production and factory orders
• enter accounts payable and receivable data
• prepare weekly A/P check runs
• complete weekly bank and credit card reconciliations
• support setup of items, customers, and BOMs
• perform administrative and operational tasks.
