What you'll do

• Provide hands-on nursing care
• assess and document observations
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• provide and manage G-tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy care as applicable
• monitor vital signs
• communicate changes in condition
• educate and support family members and caregivers
• complete documentation in Kantime.
