What you'll do

• Lead full month-end close.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial statements.
• Maintain clean, fully reconciled balance sheet.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Strengthen collections and reduce DSO.
• Implement and enforce credit policies.
• Deliver monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Manage financial complexity across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels.
• Implement automation and process improvements.
• Partner with the CEO on financial performance and cost control.
