• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• recruit across professional, technical, engineering, aerospace, defense, and operational roles
• partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting solutions
• provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and timelines
• track recruiting metrics and manage candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system
• coordinate screening, interviews, and scheduling
• proactively source candidates and contribute to the recruiting team.
