The Biometric Health Screener, Corporate Wellness Events role is onsite at corporate wellness events in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. Integrated Health 21 provides worksite wellness screenings and health events for employers. The screener supports preventive health events by guiding participants through screening procedures, collecting measurements and, depending on training and event needs, performing fingerstick collection and point-of-care testing. Accurate records, participant privacy, infection control, and event setup help deliver reliable screenings in workplace settings.

What you'll do

• Welcome participants and guide them through screening
• measure height, weight, and resting blood pressure
• perform fingerstick capillary blood collection when assigned
• use Cholestech LDX and/or CardioChek equipment to measure cholesterol and glucose when assigned
• record results using tablets or paper forms
• explain the screening process
• protect participant privacy
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• assist with event setup and breakdown.
