• advise customer leadership on AI strategy, generative AI adoption, agentic AI, governance, and roadmaps
• identify business challenges suited to AI-enabled solutions
• translate requirements into solution concepts and transformation initiatives
• drive AI-led account growth through cross-sell and upsell
• monitor emerging AI technologies and trends.
