The Behavioral Health Technician — Group ABA, Ages 3–6 role is onsite in Bedford, PA, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. The role supports children’s communication, play, self-help, and school-readiness skills by implementing individualized strategies, collecting treatment-plan data, documenting progress, and collaborating with families, teachers, and clinical staff to build independence and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA interventions for a group of three children
• collect treatment-plan data and complete progress reports and clinical records
• collaborate with families, teachers, behavior consultants, and clinical staff
• contribute to treatment and crisis plans
• support skill development and community activities as indicated in treatment plans.
